Our members practice and explore all things audio recording and editing. Our focus is primarily on spoken word audio for podcasts, YouTube videos, recorded meditations, etc. All audio projects are welcome.

Stop sifting through confusing YouTube videos and start creating

Sorry to be a bossy top here, but you trying to find simple and accurate videos about audio is as futile as my yearly Google search for “Natasha Lyonne gay yet.”

 I hear you say that most YouTube videos on audio and gear are hard to understand (read: cis white men trying to impress each other). I’ll add that tons of videos on podcasting are full of bum information (read: led by entrepreneurs, not audio & podcasting pros).

No more winging it

Maybe you’ve dabbled in recording audio but you feel like you’ve been winging it. Or maybe you’re a total beginner and want to know exactly how to start.

The courses are designed to take you from a beginner or dabbler to an experienced audio maker.

You’ll feel confident to record, edit, and publish your audio projects.

Then you’ll practice and share your work. That’s where the community comes in.

It’s a hub for support, connection, and practice.

What if you’re not working on any audio projects? That’s kind of perfect. Each month, members are given the option to work on a specific project to complete and post. It's a great way for you to practice and grow your skills.

Members are there to support each other through things like imposter syndrome, uncertainty, and fear of technology. It's kind of like group therapy for your audio woes and wins.

The community is held on the platform Circle which is kind of like our own private Facebook. But it’s nothing like Facebook because it’s not gross.
